MJ Flood Technology Appoints James Finglas as Managing Director

MJ Flood Technology, a leading provider of network infrastructure solutions today announced the appointment of James Finglas as managing director. Finglas takes up the role having previously held the position of sales director since 1999. He is responsible for driving a team of 30 sales and technical professionals and for managing multi-million Euro revenues for the company. MJ Flood Technology is part of the MJ Flood Group, a wholly-owned Irish operation specialising in office interiors, business machines and consumables with annual turnover in excess of €100M.

Commenting on the appointment, Michael Power Snr., managing director of the MJ Flood Group says: “We are very pleased to have somebody of James’s calibre driving our technology company. We have seen a huge surge in our technology business in recent times, doubling turnover in the last 3 years and his commitment and dedication continues to play an integral part of this success.”

Prior to joining MJ Flood Technology, Finglas was Senior Account Manager with Moss Technology selling a range of business connectivity solutions and associated services to corporate enterprises. He was particularly successful in building a strong commercial relationship with the legal sector and was responsible for a number of high profile projects.

With almost 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Finglas previously held a variety of roles with Martin Mulligan Ireland. Finglas is a native of Dublin and a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology at Rathmines.
